Many of us do experience or have experienced this moment in our life when it all becomes too overwhelming for us. All the thoughts that come are too much to bear all at once and we just allow ourselves to be driven by these thoughts, Most of them (if not all, then at least 99% of them are negative in nature!!) At this time we just flow like a lifeless log in the tumultuous river of thoughts which just bobs and pops up and down at the mercy of the Satan thoughts. What we forget totally at that point of time is the ultimate energy that we are blessed with being humans. We forget that we have the power of control over our minds and that we can choose to think what to think. If we stick ourselves to what is really out there, and come out from reliving the negativity in our thoughts over and over, we can actually start utilizing the time at our hand to the fullest and actually LIVE it than brooding over the past or what is imagined or tentative.
The key to happiness is being present and living in the moment. If all we keep doing is holding our thoughts to the point in our lives that made us unhappy or aroused a negative feeling in us, we are likely to relive those bad moment(s) again over and over.. So, keep your focus on what’s really going on and enjoy those moments or they will just pass and you will lose them forever.
